The Sevika Sangham is an organization within the Mar Thoma Church, established in 1919 at the Maramon Convention. It enables women to participate in the life and mission of the Church. Every woman in the Church over the age of 18 is a member of the Sevika Sangham. The primary goal is the spiritual development of the women's in our church. Sevika Sangham also conducts fund raising activity. Sevika Sangham is actively involved in the community and social/humanitarian activities of our Church. For strengthening the spiritual life within the group, the Sevika Sangham meets regularly. We in St. Peter’s Church is thankful for the immense help and support provided by the woman. Without their help many of the church functions such as Harvest Festival, Parish Day etc will not run smoothly.
