Prayer Request Guide:

Enter Your Full Name: Enter this information to appear on the various lists, else do not enter this information to remain anonymous.

Your Email Address: This information must be entered for your prayer request to be added to the lists. It is used for validation and confirmation only and remains private.

Praying For: This forms the Title of the prayer that is displayed on the lists. If none is entered the default value is "Self".

Praying Request: Enter your prayer. It will be added to the prayer list of your choosing.

Add Prayer To: You can choose which list your prayer is added to. There are no restrictions, if none are selected your prayer request may not be added to any of the church lists.
